This book, the second volume of the book &“Advanced Information-Measuring Technologies and Systems,&” is a testament to the collaborative efforts of the Department of Information-Measuring Technologies of the National Technical University of Ukraine &“Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute&” and the… General Energy Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. It presents the main scientific directions and issues of our joint research. The presented results of scientific research are not just solutions to classic problems of information and measurement technologies, but they also represent a leap into the future.
