How to sign up for Client Access Support

  1. Register for a library card from a CELA Member Library. Residents of Québec require a card from Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ).
  2. Complete the Client Access Support program registration form. 
  3. Questions? Contact CELA Member Services at 1-855-655-2273 x 2 or email members@celalibrary.ca.
