Résumé
Quebec, 1959. Kicked out of a residential school at 15 and overcome by the pressures of fitting in with a foster family in town, Nipishish goes home. The young Métis begins to find purpose in his life through the traditions of his Anishnabe heritage and fighting prejudice, the government, and the destruction of his environment.
