Hope for the hopeless: the Charles Mulli mission

By Paul H Boge, Marina H Hofman Willard

Biography, Christian biography, Canadian non-fiction, Canadian authors (Non-fiction)

Human-narrated audio

Summary

Charles Mulli was abused by his father and abandoned by his family. Forced to beg from hut to hut in Kenya to survive, Mulli worked his way out of poverty and became a wealthy businessman, but never forgot the struggle… of street children. Hearing the call of God, Mulli sold everything he owned and began rescuing street children from the slums of Kenya and gave them a home at Mully Children's Family. His journey of faith challenged him to trust Christ in desperate times, confront evil forces and believe in God for even greater miracles of healing and deliverance. And in the wake of the postelection violence that recently shook Kenya to its core, Mulli risked everything to follow the call of Christ and to bring hope to the hopeless. Sequel to "Father to the Fatherless". 2012.
