Résumé
The Talkative Man turns out to be a young man, struggling to establish himself as a journalist, when he first meets Dr Rann, a fair-haired Indian, dressed in a stylish three-piece suit. Rann has come to Malgudi, he says to… work on a project for the UN. TM is impressed but is the charming Dr Rann all that he claims to be? TM becomes convinced he is sheltering a con man. The situation is delicate but drastic action must be taken if he is to save Malgudi's innocents. 1986.
