Summary
It's 1862 in England and Sarah and her cousin Maud live a hard life in an orphanage. When they learn of a chance to leave the orphanage to work in Canada they eagerly volunteer. It is only once they have… set sail that they learn they have been promised as brides for the gold rush prospectors. Once they arrive they will have to find a way to face, or escape, their fate.
