Summary
George and Harold sabotage the big football game and get into serious trouble with their principal, Mr. Krupp. To get out of it, they hypnotize him into thinking that he is the superhero Captain Underpants, which is lots of fun… until Mr. Krupp begins to think he is Captain Underpants.
