Fillettes chantantes a seize ans. Les Fillettes chantantes se présente comme une fête, une fête de l'adolescence avec ses inquiétudes, ses contradictions, ses exaltations et sa joie. Le jeune Olivier, de plus en plus attachant, par sa présence dans un temps donné, le fait revivre plus vrai que nature, évoque mille souvenirs perdus.
