Dom Amoruso, dubbed the punk pianist, abruptly quits the stage and disappears during a recital. Struggling with the legacy of Glenn Gould and his own self-doubt, he confides his worries to his notebooks and tape recorder, eventually sending them to… his old friend, journalist Joe Serafino.
