Voyage intérieur autant qu'excursion fluviale, ce tout premier récit, inédit jusqu'ici en français, porte en germe ce qui fera la particularité de son livre le plus fameux, Walden. Grâce à lui, l'écrivain Thoreau a trouvé sa voix. 2012.
