Cristaloterapia; Evidência Científica
By Patrícia Pinto, Walter Parks. 2015

A Christmas Treasury: A Christmas Treasury

A bookscout sells Henry a book-and is murdered later that night. An old friend asks him to investigate a case of possible plagiarism involving a local best-selling author. To make matters worse, his violinist neighbor seems to have a stalker. And wherever Henry goes, there's a cop watching him.Henry can read the signs: to save those he loves he has to save himself.Vincent McCaffrey's novel Hound was chosen as a Must-Read Book by the Massachusetts Book Awards. By George Shannon, John O'Brien. 2001
A man is thrown in jail for picking up a rope. A student earns one hundred points on his math…
and history tests, yet fails both classes. A spider saves a fugitive from a legion of warriors. A farmer buys a cow, a horse, and a donkey, all with a single ear of corn.... Each of the eighteen stories in this book is true, technically. But each is also a lie. In his second collection of "true lies" from around the world, George Shannon challenges young readers to uncover the whole truth. But be careful: a word with more than one meaning can obscure the facts. And a hidden detail can mean the difference between honesty and a twisted truth that is, in its essence, a lie. Can you tell the difference? Can you discover: "What's the truth, the whole truth? And where's the lie?"Caroline's Halloween Spell (Sweet Valley Kids #33)

In this third cozy whodunit in the Family History Mystery series, a professional genealogist duo searches for the link between…
a death from long ago and a modern-day murder. As a professional genealogist, I've seen enough skeletons come dancing out of closets to get a respectable conga line formed up. But they've always been metaphorical skeletons. Until today. When genealogists Sophreena McClure and Esme Sabatier are called on by Detective Jenny Jeffers to help figure out who the corpse in the backyard of her father's house is, they reluctantly agree. Known for figuring out the unusual, Sophreena and Esme do their best to uncover the mystery behind the corpse, and the glass coffin he's buried in. Word soon spreads about the bizarre burial site, leading the people of Morningside to "adopt" the corpse and begin leaving mementos in memoriam for him. But when the body of a young woman is found near the memorial, the duo has another task on their hands: to dig into the past of the house's previous owners. Could the clues to a recent murder finally help this soul rest in peace?Cristales Sanadores: Evidencia Científica
By Silvana Borghi, Walter Parks. 2016

By Lilian G. Selvaggio, Gabriel Agbo. 2016
Honour: Achieving Justice for Banaz Mahmod
By Caroline Goode. 2020
When Rahmat Sulemani reported his girlfriend Banaz missing, it quickly became clear to DCI Caroline Goode that something was very…
wrong. In fact, Banaz had contacted her local police station multiple times before, even listing the names of the men she expected to murder her in a so-called 'honour' killing. Her parents didn't seem worried, but Banaz had already accused them of being part of the plot.DCI Goode's team took on the investigation before they even had proof that a murder had taken place. What emerged was a shocking story of betrayal and a community-wide web of lies, which would take the team from suburban south London to the mountain ranges of Kurdistan, making covert recordings and piecing together cell phone data to finally bring the killers to justice.Murder Most Puzzling: Twenty Mysterious Cases to Solve
